Your Performance Coach. I help previously fit healthy individuals who have fallen into the trap of middle age rebuild their fitness and strength by delivering a simple, proven, effective conditioning habits designed to fit within your lifestyle.
I do it because I know how vulnerable it feels when your body is aging (or even breaking!) and that feeling of vitality and fitness seems like a lifetime ago.
If you’ve ever experience a sense of doubt as you go to lift anything heavy, a lack of mobility and achy joints, perhaps you get breathless running up the stairs (who even runs up stairs anymore!), or feel a sense of trepidation bending down to the floor, you’re in the right place.
Having been in peak physical condition through my mid 20’s to early 30’s, competing at the highest possible level of international sport for over 10 years including two Olympic games, being fortunate to win a Bronze Medal in sprint kayak racing during the Athens 2004 Olympic games.
I have experienced the of shifting priorities into family and work, the reality of aging! started and failed so many new fitness routines over the years, attempted the latest trends but none of them have stuck or proved to be really effective.
Until I got back to basics, focused on the real priorities and actually applied my own coaching skills and knowledge to myself! Now I am 10 Kg lighter and stronger than I have been in a decade or more.
I’ve worked with so many clients just like you, who used to be fit and healthy but had fallen into the trap of to many commitments, to much work, not enough time for yourself, convenient ‘poor choice’ foods and are now staring down the barrel of living out the rest of their life getting weaker, less mobile and feeling out of breath just at the idea of going for a walk!
That’s exactly why I designed the Revive Programme. By applying the training smarter mentality, applying well tested simple systems consistently, building momentum through small regular wins, you can change direction and take back control over your health, slow the aging process and regain your fitness, strength and confidence.
