Bookings and Schedule

These workshops are crafted specifically with your goals in mind. With a maximum of four participants per session, you'll receive personalised guidance to improve your form, build confidence, and enhance your skill.

Each workshop will center on a specific focus area, aimed at developing your strength and mobility through fundamental movement patterns such as squats, lunges, pushes, pulls, rotations, and more.

For the best results, I recommend attending two sessions per week to build momentum and reinforce your skills and motor patterns. However, if that’s not possible, feel free to join as many sessions as you can—you’ll have fun and learn something new each time!

Each session is offered at a special introductory rate of £14.50 per person.
